It's all about
process.

Learn · Design · Launch — and back again.

01.

Learn

  • 1:1 interviews
  • Competitive landscape
  • Industry trends
  • Surveys
  • Usability testing
  • Personas
  • Journey maps
  • AI-assisted synthesis

Every project starts with the problem, not the solution. I dig into what users actually struggle with, how that ties to business goals, and where the real opportunity sits. Assumptions get tested through research, then synthesized into sharp, actionable insight — with AI doing the heavy lifting on synthesis, clustering interviews and signals into themes in hours, not weeks, so my time goes to interpretation and direction.

02.

Design

  • Site maps
  • User flows
  • Wireframes
  • Prototypes
  • Visual design
  • Motion
  • Data visualization
  • Rapid AI prototyping

With insight in hand, I move fast from low-fidelity flows to a validated experience. I explore broadly — generating and pressure-testing many directions with AI, then prototyping working, interactive concepts instead of static mockups, so we test the real thing early and often. Once the experience holds up, I bring the craft: visual design, motion, and the detail that makes a product feel considered and memorable.

03.

Launch

  • Stakeholder alignment
  • Engineering partnership
  • A/B/n testing
  • User testing
  • MVP launch
  • Post-launch iteration

I treat engineering as a design partnership, not a handoff — developers are in the loop early, so by ship time the build is already familiar, and interactive prototypes act as living spec that closes the gap between intent and what gets built. After launch, the work continues: I watch how people respond, find what to sharpen, and feed every lesson back into the next loop.
